I went from 87.5kgs to 69.5kgs in 12 weeks. That’s right; 18kgs in 12 weeks!


Struggling with my weight most of my life especially after having 2 kids and suffering from Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome I have tried everything to shift my weight, Shakes, Herbalife, Modere, TruVision and the deadly Duromine. I lost weight starving myself with shakes but once I started eating again I put it all on and more.


I’m so passionate about the 123Diet because I’ve seen so many people reach their goal weight while changing bad eating habits and keeping it off for life. This is lifestyle change, it has taught me the foods I can eat everyday and the foods that I should only eat in moderation.

There are 3 Phases to the 123Diet:

Phase 1 (Loading Days) lasts for 2 days, this is preparing your body for weight loss. Phase 1 cannot be skipped. The drops are mandatory to be taken before your 3 main meals on Phase 1 with the non diet foods. The drops react with the non diet food and open the fat cells. There is no need to go over board on these days, but its a good chance to eat some of the foods you think you might miss while on the diet.

Phase 2 (Clean Eating) lasts for 40 days or until you have reached your goal weight. Phase 2 is restricted food from the Phase 2 Meal Plan (comes with drops). If one loses all their weight before 40 days then they move onto Phase 3. If one needs to be on Phase 2 longer than 40 days they would continue until they reach their goal weight.

Phase 3 (Maintenance) lasts for 3 weeks. On Phase 3 you stop taking the drops and follow Phase 2 meal plan for 3 days, this allows the fat cells to close. Phase 3 introduces a lot more food back into your diet, from the Phase 3 Meal Plan. It is compulsory to follow Phase 3 for 3 weeks, this stabilizes ones weight. The maintain capsules are to be taken twice a day at this time. The maintain capsules block sugar cravings and suppress appetite.

Is it for men or women?

There is no calorie counting on this Weight Management Program. It is an easy set Meal plan.

Can I just do Phase 1?

You will need to do all three phases of the diet in order to keep your goal weight! You will find that your appetite has changed as well as your eating habits. This is the perfect time to start a new, healthy lifestyle. Begin a light exercise program.

What is the food like?

The food is all clean eating, easy food that can be consumed by the entire family. However those that do not need to lose weight and are not on the 123Diet support products may need to eat a little more each meal.

Do I have to follow the maintenance program once I have lost my weight?

It is important after you have lost weight to keep your weight off for good. You need to maintain your weight and not go back to eating the foods you ate that created your need to lose weight. Eating in moderation is important, so take what you have learnt from the 3 phases of the 123Diet to keep your weight off for life.
